Delivery Policy

 Same-Day Delivery Cut-off: Orders must be placed by 2 PM. 

Orders place for same day delivery after 2pm will be delivered next business day.

  •  Monday-Friday and Saturday for guaranteed same-day delivery.
        •  Public Holidays: There is no delivery on public holidays, except for special occasions like Mother's Day and Valentine’s Day.  
  • Delivery Hours: Normal delivery hours for residential addresses are between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and by 5 PM for stated business addresses.
  •  Urgent Orders: For urgent, last-minute deliveries, you can contact their customer 02 95403557.
  • Delivery fees are calculated at check out and are dependent on delivery postcode. Urgent or timed deliveries may incur an additional charge. 


Payment Options

For online payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express ETC. We also accept cash for orders placed in store.


Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. In single-flower bouquets and arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another colour.

 

General Handling 

Preparation/Conditioning: Cut flowers should be placed in water for at least 2–3 hours, or ideally overnight, to properly hydrate before arranging.


Native Flowers: For native flowers, placing stems in a sugar solution for 12–16 hours can prolong their post-harvest life.


Vase Life & Care: Australian native flowers are durable, with some lasting up to 6 weeks, and they should be kept in clean, fresh water, topped up daily.


General Handling: Some flowers, like roses, can only last 4–6 hours without water, while others may last 12 hours (e.g., carnations).
